Iya Gallery is a curated collection of original watercolour or ink paintings by Emilie Van Camp and is a woman's owned small business based in London. By visiting this website and/or purchasing something from it, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

- Product Information

Our original paintings are only available in one size and it is not possible to customise a piece in different sizes, however,

we try to offer a variety of dimensions. Each product will have its own profile specifying its core details, size and price (excluding shipping cost). If you do not see what you are after, feel free to reach out as we offer commissions. 

Please note we have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products and paintings that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee they will be fully equivalent to the products actual colours, this is mainly due to computer and monitor's colour setting. 

- Privacy Policy

In order to purchase products and/or paintings on this website, the customer needs to contact the artist via email at helloiyagallery@gmail.com and provide the following personal information: 
name, address and e-mail address, as well as making payment. All personal information provided will only be used and available to us to ensure deliveries to you and will not be shared with other third parties.

- Order Processing

 All products remain our property until full payment is made.


All orders are carefully packed with mostly recycled or recyclable supplies and are available for worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and final price is set and agreed on via email on the date you confirm your order.

Delivery time:
We can not guarantee the delivery time with precisions as it depends of your destination and the actual status of your postal services. Additionally, if the package has to go through customs, it may take longer than expected.

Risk of damages:

We carefully pack our products and paintings in protective cardboard envelopes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this immediately (within 2 days) via email. In exchange of proofs of the damages (photos, the order number and invoice...) we can open a claim at our postal services. Note that this kind of procedure might take some time and does not conclude to a financial compensation.

This decision belongs entirely to the postal services. Nevertheless if any compensations are accepted we contact you immediately to inform you and start the process to pay you back the exact amount of the compensation.

Local taxes:

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties.
These charges are at the customers own expense.

Return conditions:

We are sorry but we are not offering returns at this moment, however if you change your mind before the product is sent by the artist, a refund can be offered.

Additional information:

We reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
